Exile was on tour!

For those who follow my social media pages, you’re aware that Exile was recently on a virtual book/blog tour with Escapist Book Co.

I’ve done a couple similar tours with them in the past, for both The Moon’s Eye and The Talisman of Delucha. Those were both fun and I got a few great reviews. I was expecting the same for Exile, but this tour ended up so much better than I had anticipated.

There were more requests for physical copies than with the previous books (although the same artist illustrated the covers for my other books, he did an amazing job with Exile, and I think that helped bolster the interest significantly.) Jamie Noble’s artwork isn’t cheap, but it’s so worth it in the end. And he’s great to work with.

But back to the tour…

Most of the reviews for the tour were very positive (there is almost always one that is fairly critical), but overall I’m very happy with the results.

I also did a live interview with Beard of Darkness Book Reviews on YouTube and had a guest post on Fiction Fans Podcast’s blog where I talked about some of the worldbuilding featured in Exile and the larger series. This tour was so much fun.

If you missed out on any of the posts across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or Bluesky, here’s the breakdown of what happened and when:
